Does Macro Mail work with Gmail?
Yes. Macro Mail is an email client, not an email server. Connect your Google Workspace or Gmail account in about 30 seconds, and your mail is backfilled into Macro's own database so search and AI are instant. Outlook and custom IMAP/SMTP are coming soon.
How is Macro Mail different from Superhuman?
It's just as fast, with the same j / k / e shortcuts. Macro Mail also offers multiple accounts in one inbox, and your email lives next to your chat, tasks, docs, and agents instead of walled off in a separate app. Most users find they no longer need Superhuman.
Is switching risky?
No — there's nothing to migrate. Macro Mail is a client on your existing account, so your mail stays exactly where it is, and the j / k / e muscle memory works on day one. It does not mean your data is exposed: your email and workspace are stored just as securely and privately as in any traditional, closed-source app.
