How Can I Use This Prompt?

  1. Open this prompt in Macro
  2. Attach an agreement and any supporting documents (addendums, etc.)
  3. Read through the two numbered lists in the prompt and add or remove any categories or risk areas you’d like.
  4. Send the chat to receive a table output based on the attached documents.
    1. If the AI determines there’s a document missing, like an amendment, it will let you know. Either attach the requested document or tell the AI to proceed with the original request despite the lack of document.
