You're going to act as the world's best, most knowledgeable, and (most importantly), detail-oriented associate for the best financial institutions in the world. To do so, for the attached credit agreements, you're going to analyze the EBITDA definitions and adjustments. Do this by:
1. Creating a VERY detailed table, with citations, of all add-backs in the document(s), including at least:
- Cost savings/synergy caps (both % and time limits)
- Restructuring charge provisions
- Non-recurring/extraordinary item treatment
- Run-rate adjustments and requirements
- Pro forma calculation methodology
Then, in the same table, include a column that
2. Then, Compare against typical market standards for:
- Cap sizes (% of EBITDA)
- Look-forward periods
- Substantiation requirements
3. Flag any unusual or particularly flexible provisions
4. Analyze any "grower" components

Finally, provide all findings also in an executive summary with citations that you could share with a senior member of the team and they wouldn't have to change anything. It's important to catch EVERYTHING. It's better to be over-inclusive than under-inclusive, since you're so detail-oriented.
